Terms of Service

• "Service": the Joberix platform, including all features, APIs, and related services.
• "User": any individual or legal entity that accesses the Service.
• "Account": the personal account created by the User to access the Service.
• "AI Content": any text, evaluation, score, or recommendation generated by the Service's artificial intelligence.
• "Provider": ITALY SOFT S.R.L., Via Ribet 14, 10062 Luserna San Giovanni (TO), Italy, VAT IT11995830012.

Joberix is an AI-powered SaaS recruiting platform that offers:

• AI-powered job description generation
• Automated CV screening and evaluation
• AI-conducted voice interviews
• Recruiting CRM and candidate pipeline management
• Team collaboration tools for recruiting

The Service is available in English, Italian, Spanish, German, and French.

To use the Service, you must create an Account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not share your credentials with third parties
• Immediately report any unauthorized access

The Service is available under several pricing plans, including a free plan with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly.

You may change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings. Interview credit packs purchased separately never expire.

Prices may be changed with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not apply to credit packs already purchased.

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for unlawful or discriminatory purposes
• Ensure you have the necessary authorizations to process candidate data entered into the platform
• Not attempt to access unauthorized features or data
• Not interfere with the operation of the Service
• Not reproduce, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to ITALY SOFT S.R.L. or its respective licensors.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform (job offers, candidate CVs, etc.). The Provider has a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content (job descriptions, evaluations, transcripts, recommendations). You acknowledge that:

• AI content is a support tool and does not replace professional judgment
• The final hiring decision is always your responsibility
• AI content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

As a Data Processor for candidate data, the Provider commits to processing such data in compliance with GDPR and with the instructions of the Data Controller (User).

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28 GDPR is available for customers on paid plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• The Provider does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You may terminate the agreement and delete your Account at any time from your Account settings.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of breach of these terms, with reasonable notice when possible.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data from the platform.

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Turin, Italy, except for mandatory consumer jurisdiction under applicable law.
